Instructions
Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and squeeze lime juice over avocado.
Mash with fork until chunky.
Add onion, pepper, tomato, and cilantro.
Gently fold ingredients together.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
Best served immediately. Cover with plastic wrap touching surface to prevent browning.
