Ingredients (~1/2 cup)
- 3 Tbsp dried basil
- 3 Tbsp dried oregano
- 3 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 3/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
Make the Blend
Measure all of the ingredients into a small bowl.
Use a whisk or a fork to stir everything together until the blend is uniform in color and all the spices are fully incorporated.
Store in an airtight jar.
Italian Seasoning (No-Salt)
This is a versatile, salt-free Italian-American herb blend. It's built on a base of basil, oregano, and parsley, with smaller amounts of other herbs and powders for complexity.
